Discover the freedom and joy of Ecstatic Dance Therapy, a unique group session designed to embody the next level of your soul inside your physical body. 

You'll learn all the tips and tricks to energetically ground and move every part of your body beyond any resistance layers following the energy waves of your chakras and unlocking the power of your body as a vessel for self-expression. 


We’ll enter my Octahedron Etheric Temple, welcome Zach my White Lion and any beings of light willing to support us on this exploration journey. 

While dancing, I’ll teach you how to use the 4 directions, the 3 planes and the 3 dancing main sections of your body. We'll be dancing to different rhythms, taking each songs as a hero journey to express the depth of ourselve while healing anything that will come through. Between each song, we’ll sit down and reflect on how it felt, what emotions arose and what new understanding came.

We'll explore every nuance of movements, of the 5 elements, of the chakra system, of the flow and structure of the universe, embodying the depth of our inner marriage merging our feminine and masculine. Discover the joy and the pleasure as a therapeutic art form.

Our Purpose:

Letting ourselves free, breaking free from all conventional norms. This practice is a celebration of playfulness, an exploration of our feminine energy while being hold by the container of the masculine and an invitation to surrender to the rhythm in a way that transcends the boundaries of our mind.

- 0min: Arrive early, latecomers won't be accepted
- 0min-15min: Opening Ceremony with Instructions, Setting Intention and prayers
- 15min-1h15min: Dancing through 5 different songs with sharing our experience in between. We'll also do Break Rooms at some point to meet others.
- 1h15min-1h30: Closing Ceremony: Sharing Testimonials + In the chat room sharing gratitude and one action on how you'll integrate the lessons

Dear Beautiful Souls, 

My name is Jean-Francois, and I am a spiritual teacher from in Montreal, Canada. I began my entrepreneurial journey at the age of 24, when I founded my first business, a Bus Tour Company in 2011. Although I successfully grew the business to a $1 million annual revenue, I struggled with managing money, which led to financial difficulties. 

In 2015, I faced a massive failure when the Rep Your Flag Festival, which I organized, only attracted 2000 people out of the expected 5,000, resulting in a BIG loss and the company being technically bankrupt. This experience led me to a mental burnout that took me five months to recover from. 

My spiritual journey began in 2016 during my travels in Colombia, where I had the opportunity to participate in an Ayahuasca ceremony. Despite being an atheist, this experience completely transformed me, and It started giving me clarity on my lifelong eczema skin problem. I explored various healing modalities and learned from bioenergetic doctors, shamans, healers, and channelers. 

In 2021, I received my Reiki Level 3 attunement, and that's when I started seeing the past lives of people. I then developed a service called the Soul Audit, which I have been offering for the last year and a half to over 400 clients. Through this service, I have gained insights and identified patterns that I now share with the world to help others on their spiritual journeys. 

I hope that my journey can inspire and support you on your path towards healing and growth.
