During the fasting process it's normal to purge, to have pee that smells, to feel weak or more tired.
Use the 3 water fasting activations and other type of long form meditations to reboot and maintain your energy.
Create your water mix with high quality water, a bit of Himalayan salt, lemon juice, and a bit of honey.
This is actually a 6-7 day Spiritual Journey allowing you to connect with the elements, get prana, life force, from the sun, tree, earth, water spirit and transmute shadows like negative thoughts, trapped emotions, entities, etc.
Day 1 - Start eating less, remove meat & deserts & caffeine & sugar
Day 2 - Start your 3 day water fasting taking your last meal at night
Day 3 to 5 - Drink your water mix and sometime infusions without caffeine
Day 5 - Break your fast at night with a vegetable cream, zucchini or carrot cream for example
Day 6 - Continue slowly to break your fast with juicy fruits & smoothie, vegetable cream allowing you 1.5 to 2 days to break the fast
Day 7 - Slowly come back to normal eating while listening to your body
