The idea of an Arcturian Walking Meditation came to me a few months ago. As I was exploring Joe Dispenza’s work and going to a few of his retreats, I thought somebody should create this. At his retreats, these compassionate Blue Healers are already highly present in all the meditation, we just need to give them permission to receive from them.

A month and a half ago, I decided let’s go, I’ll serve myself and the world, creating the BEST walking meditation on earth with the help of the Arcturians. I gave myself such a BIG goal that I frozed every day, postponing the recording of my voice over the amazing mix we had built. In divine timing I was able to let go of expectation and recorded the perfect transmission. I couldn’t believe it, I was shocked, right after finishing recording my voice, I knew it, It is a MASTERPIECE. 

I'm so excited to finally launch this pure loving gift from the Arcturians. You’ll be guided by the gentleness and pure compassion of our dear blue galactic friends. They are showing us how to embody our energies, our love and compassion. If you surrender and find that place in your Heart Center, you’ll see them walking with you, feel them hugging you, you’ll get massive goosebumps, cry of deep gratitude and massively remember your true self, your magical personality.

Walking Meditations has been popularized by Dr. Joe Dispenza. The main intention is to become a living meditation, to feel and embody how it is to walk with our expanded Heart Center, our True Self. It is a 1h15min life changing experience where for the first 15min we create Heart- Brain Coherence standing up eyes close, then walk with passion for 15min, then again 15min eye close standing up, then a 2nd walking of 15min, to finish with 10min of closing with deep gratitude with eye close standing up and we finish dancing on a celebration song.

Dear Beautiful Souls, 

My name is Jean-Francois, and I am a spiritual teacher from in Montreal, Canada. I began my entrepreneurial journey at the age of 24, when I founded my first business, a Bus Tour Company in 2011. Although I successfully grew the business to a $1 million annual revenue, I struggled with managing money, which led to financial difficulties.

In 2015, I faced a massive failure when the Rep Your Flag Festival, which I organized, only attracted 2000 people out of the expected 5,000, resulting in a massive loss and the company being technically bankrupt. This experience led me to a mental burnout that took me five months to recover from.

My spiritual journey began in 2016 during my travels in Colombia, where I had the opportunity to participate in an Ayahuasca ceremony. Despite being an atheist, this experience completely transformed me, and It started giving me clarity on my lifelong eczema skin problem. I explored various healing modalities and learned from bioenergetic doctors, shamans, healers, and channelers.

In 2021, I received my Reiki Level 3 attunement, and that's when I started seeing the past lives of people. I then developed a service called the Soul Audit, which I have been offering for the last year and a half to over 400 clients. Through this service, I have gained insights and identified patterns that I now share with the world to help others on their spiritual journeys.

I hope that my journey can inspire and support you on your path towards healing and growth.
